All of our transformation workshops are led by Cliff Mann, the founder of Time4Change and the most experienced firewalking instructor in Europe. Cliff has led literally thousands of people from all walks of life over hot coals during his twenty years as a firewalking instructor.

A fully qualified hypnotherapist, personal coach and veteran martial arts instructor, Cliff has appeared on countless radio and television programs such as GMTV Inch Loss Island, The House of Fear and Record Breakers where he broke the European Record for the longest firewalk.

Cliff has taught the art of firewalking to clients as diverse as Barclays Bank, Dixons and Sanko Pharma. In the fundraising sphere, utilising firewalking on a sponsored template, Cliff has helped raise over one and half million pounds in sponsorship for charities such as Childline, Royal National Institute for the Blind and The Big Issue.
