Time4Change strives for excellence and innovation in all areas and this includes providing a full range of media resources and on-line services for our clients to utilise for their own marketing and event promotion. We have developed a broad range of material to reflect the diverse needs of our client base which range from national charities with their own in house graphic and web designers to local charities staffed entirely by volunteers.
All services are inclusive. We're aware that some companies are content to turn up on the day and offer little or no support with the actual organisation. We simply match our services to the needs of the event. This allows the client to match their own resources to ours and provides a more flexible approach to marketing and promotion.
Invariably, every company that offers events like firewalking on a sponsored template will tell you how successful these events can be. Of course while we agree with this statement, we always add the caveat that it depends on the necessary support structures such as the right promotion and marketing.
We recognise that its not just about promoting the event itself, it's "selling" the concept of firewalking, board breaking and glasswalking to potential participants. Some people instantly ask where they can sign up when asked to participate in a T4C sponsored event; other people are less spontaneous and ask for lots of information about the event before committing; others still have a number of preconceptions about events like firewalking which need dispelling before they consider participating. The resources we offer address these varied needs and range from DVDs and on-line video of actual sponsored events to comprehensive 'Frequently Asked Questions' information sheets.
All the print and web based media we produce is individually created to blend and embed the organisation's colours, logos and any specific message within the existing media templates.
Perhaps the key thing that all these resources give the organisers who collaborate with us is freedom.
Part of our huge investment of energy to make all this possible was based on a realisation about the limited time, energy and resources each organiser has to spend on a given event. This includes the amount of time it took each organiser to create marketing and promotional resources before even beginning to think about promoting the event. In addition to this was the added cost
to each organiser who had to outsource things like web pages and poster design.
In recognition of this, within a maximum of a week of the organiser securing the event through a deposit, everything you request will be ready for you. By responding to the needs of the client, we free them up to do what they are best at, which is talking to potential participants and promoting the event itself. We see every event as a collaboration and it is as much in our interests as it is in yours for your event to be as successful as possible.

Utilising cutting edge content management systems we can create fully interactive promotional web pages complete with on-line video (nothing gets event possibilities over to potential participants like a real clip). If you wish we can design web and promotional items with the client logo and colour scheme.

We provide each client with a minimum of 30 DVD discs featuring footage from various past T4C events.
Their purpose is twofold; first of all the DVD acts as a recruitment tool for our events and secondly, it can be used by participants in turn to show to potential sponsors exactly what they will be doing to raise funds.
We have found that many people who were initially non-committal about participating in for example a sponsored firewalking event, completely changed their minds once they saw the crowds, the excitement of the event and most importantly, people like themselves taking part and having a great time while raising funds.

MARKETING AND PROMOTIONAL EMAIL
Increasingly, people look to the internet as their primary source of information and emails are one of the main mechanisms for directing where to go and what to see on the net.
We design and create an individual promotional email for your event which can be sent out to supporters, the general public, the media and local businesses alike.
Unlike the vast majority of plain text emails people receive in their mailbox every day and disregard, the emails we produce are in full colour with your logo, colours, images, text and hyper-links to the promotional web page we create for you. The emails are great "viral marketing" tools as they are free and are invariably forwarded to colleagues, friends and family by the initial recipients, thus ever expanding your pool of potential participants.

SPONSOR FORM APPLICATION FORM FAQ SHEET INFO SHEET
All the above examples are available to either open or download by clicking on the name links above. All the documents are available in PDF format. Most computers already have Adobe Reader installed which we allow you to view the files. If not simply follow this link to install the program.
SPONSOR FORM: All sponsor forms are designed with the client logo and embedded with any specific bylines or messages requested by the client. We also include all the organisers contact information and web-links as often those approached to sponsor someone in the event become interested in participating themselves.
APPLICATION FORM: All application forms are designed with the client logo and the top part includes essential information and details about the event which is retained by the participant. The tear off slip includes a tick box where the client agrees to raise a specific minimum amount and agrees to bring this amount on the night.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: All frequently asked questions sheets [FAQ] are designed with the client logo and include a wide range of in-depth information about a given event. The firewalking FAQ for example includes a background to the history of firewalking; the various scientific and non-scientific explanations for why it is possible; all the answers to the questions potential participants invariably ask such as how it feels, does it hurt etc. We also include a detailed account of what exactly happens on the night.
INFORMATION SHEET: Again, like all the other resources we produce, the information sheet is embedded with the client logo. The information sheet is designed as a basic introduction to a given event an includes primary information about the event, contact details etc.
We provide all the above resources in both word format for printing purposes and in PDF format for downloading from the client web page. Organising a sponsored event can be a daunting experience, especially if this is your first time. The materials we provide add up to a comprehensive and efficient resource pack which save a tremendous amount of time, energy and resources for both client and participant alike.
Some participants prefer to have all their material printed for them while others are happy to download and print the material off themselves. Either way, all our resources allow you to hit the ground running when you book an event with T4C.

CERTIFICATES OF ACHIEVEMENT
For all the events we facilitate, be they on a corporate, fundraising or other template; we design and print on quality paper, full colour A4 certificates of achievement. All the certificates are created with the organisation's logo and colour scheme.

There are many companies that offer events such as firewalking and glasswalking on a sponsored template and all will claim to have the most 'experienced' trainers or offer the 'best' services. Some companies will charge less than we do and others far more. Regardless of this, we can guarantee that no company has a trainer as experienced as Cliff Mann of Time4Change nor will any be able to offer the comprehensive set of resources we do. When considering which company to choose it is important to take ALL these factors into account.
